The Conclusion
After researching the characteristics, possible theories and delving further into case studies regarding Albert Einstein's brain, there is no clear-cut answer or conclusion as to why his mind was able to perform at a significantly higher level or possess more knowledge than the average human.
Based on the results of these studies, there is still a hazy path when trying to determine the exact cause- either physical or psychological differences, nature or nurture and whether neuroplasticity is the key that was what ultimately changed the intelligence of Albert Einstein. There are countless other factors upon the ones already researched to clarify and more supporting evidence to contradict either opinion. With each case study renewed, more points within these are debated against, and each having the equal potential to out-rule the other. One such example is, of course, the whole nature vs. nurture theory and neuroplasticity. As mentioned, medical professionals have firmly stood up to the belief that nature and/or nurture cannot account for everything in the human brain, and thus Einstein’s is no different, and because of this, neuroplasticity may likely be the next key to solve puzzles like this one.
Nevertheless, certain physical factors of his brain is definite evidence of contrasting difference between his brain and the average human brain, as these are able to be readily proven. We cannot say that efforts and attempts to uncover and analyse his brain have been futile, because as stated throughout my research, there are certain things which can be confirmed. Such examples include the Sylvian fissure and corpus callosum.
But hopefully, through my work, you will be able to investigate what factors hold the influence to Einstein's academic brilliance and come to your own conclusion for this ongoing mystery.
